TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership
Players are required to provide some personnel details as part of the Golftorium membership registration (i.e. Name, Address, Date of Birth, Contact Telephone Numbers and email address).
Golftorium members must have an age of 12 or over. Any Golftorium Member under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Golftorium memberships are Non-transferable and Non-refundable.
Golftorium membership cards are for the registered MEMBER USE ONLY and must be used to obtain the associated benefits. Failure to present the Golftorium membership card will result in the benefits not being available. Fraudulent use of your membership card will result in membership cancellation.
Golftorium Ltd reserves the right to amend prices or restrict access to any facility, equipment or programme run by Golftorium Ltd and listed as part of your membership entitlement. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership (should a breach of the "Terms and Conditions" occur).
Golftorium membership runs annually from the date of registration and/or purchase whichever is the latest. Golftorium membership maybe purchased as a gift in which case the membership becomes activated on the day of registration. Registration must occur within one month of purchase. Membership purchases not registered within this period time will no longer be valid.
In order to comply with audit requirements memberships may only be cancelled by an email to members@golftorium.com or by mail direct to Golftorium Ltd, Unit 1 Bridge House, 26 Ducie Street, Ducie Wharf, Manchester, M1 2DQ. All cancellations will be confirmed by email only and will not become effective until this has occurred.
There is a £2 charge for lost / replacement Golftorium membership cards.
All membership details are held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Pre-bookings are subject to a 50% deposit, with the remainder payable on arrival to Golftorium Ltd.
Payments for bookings made on site for immediate play are to be made in full.
Corporate bookings may apply for payment on account. Agreement to payment on account will only be accepted and confirmed once confirmation in writing has been received from the company (or third party representative) confirming the acceptance of responsibility for full payment of the booking(s). All accounts must be settled within 14 days of receipt of invoice, or prior to booking date, whichever is sooner.
Cancellation Policy
Customers must advise us immediately if bookings require cancellation or altered in any way. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the conditions set out below. All amendments or cancellations will be confirmed on the telephone and/or via email (if available).
- Three Days or More
Bookings cancelled three days or more of the playing date will receive a full refund.
- Two Days Before
Bookings cancelled the day before the playing date will incur 50% (fifty percent) of the FULL booking charges.
- On the Day
Bookings cancelled on the day of play will incur 100% (one hundred percent) of the FULL booking charges.
Any funds due as part of a cancellation will be refunded to the credit card used during the original booking or a cheque sent to the members address.
When bookings are made by a third party on behalf of a member/player, any cancellation charges automatically become the responsibility of the third party.
Damage to Equipment
Golftorium Ltd will charge for any damaged clubs and/or centre equipment. Such charge shall include procuring, handling and postage and shipping costs associated in replacing the damaged items. Damage cost charges will be charged to the customer who made the original booking. It will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange appropriate reimbursement should the damage be caused by an accompanying player.
Conditions of Play
Customers who play on the golf simulators agree to abide by the following centre rules (Please note Golftorium staff members are on hand to help you if you should require clarification on any of the below conditions):
- Only one person is permitted in the golf simulator bay itself at a time
- Other users and/or players should watch from a safe distance when people are playing within the golf simulator bay.
- Check condition of clubs and balls and report and damages immediately to a Golftorium staff member.
- Do not interfere with any of the simulator equipment (e.g. projector screen, ball tracking sensors, etc).
- Report any damage to any components to a Golftorium staff member.
- Do not play trick shots, use the simulator only as intended.
- No food and drink to be taken into the simulator bay.
Registered Members under 18 will not be served alcohol within the premises. Any member who appears to be under 21 maybe asked to provide photographic proof of their age.
Delivery Policy
Were items ordered are in stock it is our aim to deliver the order to you with 3-5 working days. If items are unexpectedly out of stock you will notified immediately by our sales staff and an indication of delivery date will be given.
Return Policy
Golftorium Ltd offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on NEW and UNUSED items returned within 14 days of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return items undamaged with the original packaging and associated materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned on the card used at the time of purchase.
Items ordered specially and/or Customised/Personalized and/or Promotional are not returnable.
If return shipping charges are required these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the returned items are insured when posted to us. All items returned must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parcelforce) for large items, Royal Mail for smaller items and Recorded Delivery for higher value small items.
Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
It is the responsibility of international customers for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.

Faulty Goods
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Golftorium Ltd will provide details of the manufactures customer support departments and assist you, were possible, to take care of your particular situation.
